Israel Itinerary
Day
1: Depart hometown to JFK
Depart from your hometown and arrive in JFK in time for your flight
to Tel Aviv.
Day 2:
Tel Aviv to Jerusalem
Arrive at Ben-Gurion Airport. Transfer to your centrally located Jerusalem
hotel. If time permits, a short orientation tour of Jerusalem. Welcome
dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 3:
Jerusalem View Jerusalem from Mount Scopus and visit the Garden of Gethsemane.
Drive along the Kidron Valley to enter the old city through the Dung
Gate. Inside the old city many special visits are planned including
stops at the Western Wall and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Tour
the Jewish Quarter, visit the famous Cardo and Mt. Zion. After dinner
enjoy the audio visual show at the citadel (weather permitting).
Day 4:
Jerusalem City tour of modern Jerusalem; Yad Vashem Memorial for the
Holocaust, Model of Herodian Jerusalem. Next participate in a special
experience by planting a tree with your own hands in the Judean Hills.
After lunch visit Bethlehem and stroll along the panoramic Hass promenade.
Evening dinner show of Israeli folk music and songs at the Wine Cellar
with free wine.
Day 5:
Jerusalem
Travel out of Jerusalem to the Dead Sea by way of the Judean Desert.
Todays tour escorts you backward in time some 2500 years to experience
the lifestyle and environment of Abraham's days. At the lowest point
on earth spend the afternoon exploring, swimming at a health club, or
floating in the salty water. Return to Jerusalem for dinner.
Day 6:
Jerusalem & Dead Sea
Full day of independent activities in Jerusalem. Now that you have been
oriented to the new and old city, spent time visiting sights, relaxing,
shopping, or exploring. Professional guide service available (not included
in program price).
Day 7:
Jerusalem to Tiberias
Depart Jerusalem to the North by way of the rarely visited Eastern slopes
of the tribes Benjamin and Efrayim. Enter the Jordan Valley via Maale
Efrayim where you visit the Crocodile Farm. Tour a local Kibbutz and
join the members for lunch before continuing to Bet-Alpha synagogue.
Reaching Tiberias in the afternoon enjoy a boat tour and cruise on the
Sea of Galilee and a visit to Capernaum (weather permitting). Dinner
and overnight in Tiberias, at a lake shore resort village.
Day 8:
Tiberias
Depart for the Lower Galilee for a day of creativity. Produce your own
bread from harvest until baking and collect your own olives and make
your own olive oil. Next travel on to Zippori and discover the mosaic
of the "Manalisa of Galilee." Continue to Nazareth and visit the Church
of the Annunciation.
Day 9:
Tiberias to Tel Aviv
Travel through the central Galilee and Wadi Milek to reach the magnificent
Rothchild's Gardens at Zikhron Yaakov. View the panorama of the Mediterranean
from the ancient harbor. Continue to bustling Tel Aviv for a city tour.
Visit the Diaspora Museum and the old city of Jaffa. Overnight in Tel
Aviv.
Day 10:
Tel Aviv
Second day of independent activities. Now that you have been oriented
to the city, spent time visiting sights, relaxing, shopping, or exploring.
Farewell dinner and party tonight in Tel Aviv.

Day 1:
USA to Tel Aviv
Depart on your Airlines for an overnight flight to Israel.
Day 2:
Arrive Tel Aviv
Arrive at Ben-Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv. After clearing customs meet
your driver in the arrival hall and have an assisted transfer by private
car to your hotel in Jerusalem. Balance of the day for rest or independent
activities.
Day 3:
Jerusalem
Day of guided activities using local guide and private car. Tour Jerusalem
and visit the Hadassah Hospital to see the spectacular Chagal Windows
or the Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum. There are also opportunities to
visit the Israel Museum to see the Dead Sea Scrolls and the Billy Rose
Sculpture Garden.
Day 4:
Old Jerusalem
Today is a private car, guided tour to Old Jerusalem to visit the Dome
of the Rock, the Tower of David at the Jerusalem Museum, the Dung Gate
and the holiest of holy places, the Western Wall, where you can witness
the excitement of Bar Mitzvah celebrations. There is still much more
to see in old Jerusalem as you travel up the Temple Mount and return
to the Dome of the Rock and on to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre along
the Via Dolorosa. Next tour the Jewish Quarter and visit the famous
Cardo and Mt. Zion.
Day 5:
Bethlehem and Dead Sea
Day of guided activities using a local guide and private car. Today
travel to Bethlehem to visit the religious sites and to and stroll along
the panoramic Hass promenade. Next participate in a special experience
by planting a tree with your own hands in the Judean Hills. Following
your visit, travel out of Jerusalem to the Dead Sea by way of the Judean
Desert. Todays tour escorts you backward in time some 2500 years to

Day 6:
Old Jerusalem, self experience touring
Day of independent activities in Jerusalem to visit the old city at
your leisure. Today is an excellent opportunity to visit the old city
and wander through the ancient enclosed passageways. Revisit the Dome
of the Rock, the Tower of David at the Jerusalem Museum, the Dung Gate
or the Western Wall.
Day 7:
Jerusalem to Tiberias
Pick up rental car and drive towards Tiberias via the old Roman Road.
Depart Jerusalem to the North by way of the rarely visited Eastern slopes
of the tribes Benjamin and Efrayim. Enter the Jordan Valley via Maale
Efrayim where you may choose to visit the Crocodile Farm. On the way
view the St. George Monastery and arrive in Jericho, the oldest city
in the world, where you may wish to visit the excavation (not very accessible)
and the Tel. Continue along the Jordan Valley to Bet-Alpha where you
can visit the beautiful mosaic floor in their 6th century synagogue.
Proceed on to the Sea of Galilee in Tiberias. Overnight in Tiberias.
Day 8:
Tiberias and Golan Heights
You also have three full-days of services utilizing your rental car
and a private guide. During your stay we offer the following daily activities
which can be arranged before your departure as some activities require
advanced bookings. Today we suggest day visits along the Golan Heights
or an afternoon boat tour and cruise on the Sea of Galilee and a visit
to Capernaum (weather permitting).
Day 9:
Upper Galilee and Zfat
Services of a full-day guide using your rental car. Today we suggest
day visits along the Upper Galilee and Zfat.
Day 10:
Tiberias to Kfar Blum Kibbutz
Services of a full-day guide using your rental car with special visits
enroute to Kfar Blum Kibbutz. Here you will experience the unique Israeli
way of life. Today you will experience life on a communal agricultural
and cultural project dedicated to a way of life unlike any you have
experienced before (dinner also included).
Day 11:
Kfar Blum Kibbutz to Tel Aviv
Today is your longest day of driving. After breakfast at your kibbutz,
travel through central Galilee and Wadi Milek where you can choose to
visit the magnificent Rothchild's Gardens at Zikhron Yaakov. View the
panorama of the Mediterranean from the ancient harbor. After your visit
continue to bustling Tel Aviv, return your rental car and check into
our selected Tel Aviv hotel.

a real opportunity to relax and bath in the soothing waters of the hot
springs at the Dead Sea. Visit Massada and ascend by cable car to the
fortress-palace of Herod, which later became the stronghold of the Zealots

Depart the Dead Sea and travel to Tel Aviv, drop off rental car, overnight
